Celia Ouellette is the founder and CEO of the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice. She is a human rights lawyer who has dedicating her career to representing and fighting for those most disadvantaged by broken criminal justice systems.
Celia started her legal career in 2006 working in private practice in the US. In 2015, she founded The Powell Project, an organization dedicated to empowering and equipping capital defense teams with the knowledge and skills to level the playing field in death penalty cases. Prior to that Celia was a Staff Attorney at the UK human rights charity Reprieve.
Celia’s experience, deep commitment for change and expert knowledge of justice systems has led her to be a regular key speaker at a number of conferences and events including Smart on Crime, Innovation Forum and Reuters’ Responsible Business Summit. She is an established media commentator and contributor, for both print and radio, including the BBC World Service ”Business Daily” Program, the Economist, the Financial Times, Conscious Company and Triple Pundit.
Celia was made a Meaningful Business Ambassador in March 2020, joining a global community of leaders working to achieve the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Her expertise means she is frequently called upon to advise foreign governments and agencies on human rights and justice issues.

Jeff Korzenik is the Chief Investment Strategist for Fifth Third Bank. He was recently elected a Member of the Council on Criminal Justice for his work on the intersection of the justice system and the labor markets.
Jeff’s forthcoming book, “UNTAPPED TALENT: How Second Chance Hiring Works for Your Business and the Community,” shares the business case and best practices for hiring people with criminal records and will be published by HarperCollins Leadership in early 2021. Meet Today's Speakers
Thomas Lingard leads climate and environment within Unilever’s Global Sustainability Team. He led the development of Unilever’s climate and nature strategy, launched in June 2020, which included a recommitment to 1.5 degree Science-Based Targets, a new Net Zero by 2039 commitment and the launch of a €1bn Climate & Nature fund. Thomas also led the development of the Climate Transition Action Plan which was approved with a 99.59% vote in favour at Unilever’s 2021 AGM.
Thomas joined Unilever in 1999, taking a role in UK Social & Environmental Affairs in 2002. Later on, Thomas joined the think tank Green Alliance as Deputy Director, rejoining Unilever in 2010 as part of the team that launched the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan. He subsequently founded the Unilever Global Advocacy team to drive transformational change on systemic issues such as recycling, public health and sustainable agriculture.
Emma Stewart, Ph.D., is the Netflix Sustainability Officer where she is responsible for the company’s climate and environmental strategy and execution. She joined Netflix officially in late 2020, having helped design the program while a consultant at ENGIE. She oversees all company-wide work to decarbonize Netflix corporate and production operations, to further raise environmental awareness through TV and film titles, to engage the 200+ million Netflix households on sustainability, and to partner with key influencers including researchers, investors, employees, NGOs, and the media. She previously led World Resources Institute’s global work on urban efficiency, climate, and finance, including the Institute’s research and technical assistance to cities and companies worldwide on climate planning, urban financing, zero carbon buildings, and electric mobility. She holds a Ph.D. in Environmental Science and Management from Stanford University and a B.A. Honours degree in Human Sciences from Oxford University.
Clinton Moloney leads the Sustainability Solutions Americas practice, bringing over 25 years of experience in leadership, strategy and management consulting, operational management and opportunity development. Before joining ENGIE Impact, Clinton was a Sustainability Advisor Leader and Managing Director at PwC. He has an MBA from Stanford University.
Rebekah Moses is the Director of Impact Strategy at Impossible Foods, a company addressing climate change and sustainable food futures through plant-based meat. Her work focuses on how product innovation and consumer behavior can maximize environmental outcomes and business growth. She works with Impossible Foods teams to integrate environmental and social mission into core strategy.
She has worked at the intersection of ecology, agriculture, and international development in the Middle East and domestically. Rebekah’s research contributions can be found in journals like the Public Library of Science (PLOS) and Journal of Applied Ecology, as well as via the USAID Water and Livelihoods Initiative online.
Caroline Bushnell is the Vice President of Corporate Engagement at The Good Food Institute (GFI), a nonprofit organization developing the roadmap for a sustainable, secure, and just protein supply. Caroline advises some of the world’s largest food manufacturers, meat producers, and retailers, along with startups and investors, on opportunities in the rapidly evolving alternative protein industry.
Previously, Caroline served as the Director of Marketing for Celestial Seasonings at The Hain Celestial Group. She has also worked at Moet Hennessy USA and Janus Capital Group. With 15 years of experience in CPG brand management, finance, and consulting, she is deeply familiar with the food industry. Caroline is a graduate of the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She also serves as a governor-appointed member of the Colorado Food Systems Advisory Council.
Diandra Marizet is a conscious curator, brand strategist and writer elevating intersectional sustainability through the lens of fashion, social impact and culture. With a background in fashion buying and social impact, Diandra now spearheads Business Development + Operations for Intersectional Environmentalist.
Sabs Katz is a social activist who advocates for low waste living, ethical + secondhand fashion, plant-based eating, conscious consumerism, and personal health + wellness through her blog Sustainable Sabs. She is also a Co-Founder of Intersectional Environmentalist.
